W2 were tasked with an annual international sales for a new client. After applying the specific brief to many destinations, the 5* Ria Park resort in Portugal was chosen as a fantastic home for the week-long event. Guests began to arrive on Monday with smaller meetings on Tuesday into the full scale conference on Wednesday and Thursday.
As well as the all important conference agenda, delegates received a taste of the region with a fun team building exercise around the area involving bikes, boats and local landmarks, and cultural entertainment at the gala dinner event.
Elements included flights, transfers, accommodation, conference, breakout sessions, complex Audio Visual, team building, dinner events and the final evening gala dinner including awards and entertainment.
