W2 we’re brief to provide the most engaging and effective way to introduce a new leadership team for a key client to over 1,500 staff in all corners of the UK, whilst also minimising office down time.
A touring roadshow was implemented, to access all staff, delivering the same message and delegate engagement throughout the UK. 2 sessions per day were ran so regional offices could remain operational and all staff could attend.

The events took place in London, Bristol, Birmingham, Cheshire, Glasgow, Southampton, Leeds and Belfast and included main conference, exhibition, branding, catering, Audio Visual, accommodation, content management, event literature, registration and badging, along with providing a social environment with drinks and networking.
