Our client was looking for a continual programme to reward and incentivise staff for going above and beyond, for a nationwide workforce. We devised a rolling programme entitled DARE (Delivering All round Excellence), where staff are nominated by colleagues and peers. This ‘winners’ for each quarter are treated to a VIP day out with fellow winners and senior hosts, which not only rewards the staff but is a great opportunity for team bonding and networking across the business.
Events have so far included Private VIP Lunch at the top of the Shard, Exclusive Cookery at Mossimans, Hospitality at the races, wine based lunches at Harrods and The Stafford hotel, Powerboat Racing with hospitality, and lunch on the Orient Express, among many others.
The DARE programme has become a stand alone brand within the company, with thousands of staff striving to win a place on the events. The programme has ran from early 2013 and is currently continuing into 2016, with more exclusive events and increased numbers.
