For their annual Christmas event, our client wanted more than the standard party night. A London based client, we were briefed to find a location out of town but still easily accessible for all.
Heythrop Park in Oxfordshire was the chosen location to host this event, a lovely country venue with great facilities along with reasonable rates. Delegates were transferred by private coach from the London HQ and were greeted with breakfast. The day consisted of some fun team activities including Segways, Human Table Football, Escape team game, motorised beer keg racing and the ski grand finale which brought the days competition to an exciting climax.
After checking in the festivities really began with a festive drinks reception in the stunning hall of the house, followed by a private dinner event. Guests were kept entertained by an artist, magician and mind reader, as well as the much contested team building awards presentation, then danced into the small hours before retiring to their beds.
The client proclaimed this was "the best event yet" leaving us with only one problem: how to better it next year!
