Who are W2?
W2 Events Ltd are a small successful Event Management company with a diverse range of loyal corporate clients. Established in 2013, W2 has grown year on year with 2019/20 our busiest and most successful yet.
So, is this actually a job advert?
Kind of. Pre-Covid, we were looking to expand our team, but then the pandemic hit and changed the events landscape, along with our recruitment plans. We do not have an immediate vacancy to fill, however we are interested in talking to events professionals who can be part of our expansion plans when the industry awakens over the coming months.
Why now?
Covid will have a negative impact on the events industry for the short to medium term. We are in a fortunate position to be able ride the storm, but we know many of our friends in the industry may not. This may find some experienced event professionals seeking new roles, it may also find some clients seeking new event management once normality resumes.
Is it right for me?
The ideal person will have experience as an Event Manager/Director in developing client relationships, either with an agency or corporate background. They should be experts in producing and managing all elements of events and incentives for corporate clients.
What’s in it for me?
All elements of the role are up for discussion, dependent upon the right candidate. There can be flexibility on hours, salary, contract length, benefits etc. We are an experienced, professional small agency, who work on challenging, interesting, and fun events. You will be given the freedom to manage your own accounts and workload, whilst being supported by an experienced business.
Location:
Our head office is in Bristol and our events are held across the UK and Europe, with the majority taking place in London. Potential for a home-based role with easy access to above locations.
